All products returned must come complete and in their original packaging, any product without the original packaging (or incomplete) will not be accepted for return. Unfortunately, any charges incurred when returning items to us can not be reimbursed.

For Products Returned within 30 days:

Any item returned to us in its original packaging and condition (unused) within 30 days of the receipt of Delivery from our courier a full refund will be issued immediately, or an exchange will be made if requested.

For Products Returned after 30 days:

We do not accept any returns outside of our 30 day return policy, unless there are special circumstances agreed. Any products listed with a Manufacturers Guarantee must be registered with the relevant manufacturer, and beyond our 30 days we will accept no responsibility for these. We clearly display the Manufacturers Guarantee terms through-out every listing associated with one. In these cases the return is handled by the Manufacturer, not Berlin Tools.

For Products Returned due to Fault (within 30 days):

Any items returned due to a fault on the equipment must come with its original packaging. Any product without its original packaging cannot be replaced or refunded. All products returned due to fault will undergo a 3 day testing period to ensure fault was there at time of purchase.
